Dear beautiful people
I am humbled to have the chance to share what I learned with you.
Here, I am sharing a brief list of daily practices that are simple to apply in your daily life and I hope we remain connected as I will be sharing life lessons that may help you process your emotions into well-being. This is to ensure that you remember the practice and take it with you throughout your journey.
Please, take the time to do the following every morning:
1. 15-30 min of Meditation,
Gratitude List, (Write at least 5 things you are grateful for)
Intention Setting, (Set your intentions in the present test, and meditate on them as though they are already here. You will know when you feel gratitude)
and "I AM" sentences every morning and every night before bed. I will be including some music and mantra links below.
Example of I AM sentences:
I am Love. I am Kindness. I am Joy. I am Worth. I am Value. I am Abundance... Etc. All nouns.
2. Write a list of your Boundaries and divide them into the following categories:
Please make sure to check your word choices on paper and in thought, and make sure none of them are disempowering and replace them with active, empowering ones.
3. Write a detailed list of characteristics you want in a partner. Then, look into them and ask which of these do you embody, and which you don't. Become the kind of person you admire, and that includes working through acceptance, self-love, and confronting insecurities. We do this to be of greater service through our work.
4. Free write on the most important thoughts you want to include in your work and the impact.
Of course, you are the one to choose what the best method for you is, and which meditation music to play if any at all. There is no wrong way, as long as we reach a place of abundance, weaken the scarcity mindset, and extract the confidence we need for the work.
